The fact that these markers do not stain was what sold me! My kids tend to "wander" from the paper and onto things (like walls and carpet) that I did not need to worry about the way I did with other drawing products! The fruity not the chemical smells were also a wonderful plus! Great item - definite recommend to anyone who is tired of worrying about where else the drawing might end up besides the paper!
